Lesley is a chartered member of the CIPD and a qualified 'Get Into Enterprise' trainer. Her qualifications also include a BSc(Hons) in Management Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management, where she specialised in employment law. Lesley is also a Registered General Nurse. These attributes offer the reassurance you are benefitting from one individual who has qualifications which encompass all senior management areas of the care sector.

Lesley’s experience within the health and social care sector spans over 25 years with 20 of those years at senior management level in Operational, Project and Multi-Site Management. Lesley has a flare and talent for taking a problem and turning it into an area of strength, using her in-depth knowledge and expertise of commissioning and managing quality care provision. With over 20 years’ experience of management in the care sector and her life-long passion Lesley’s invaluable experience has allowed her to create a proven successful work ethos.
